The Terraillon Thermo Control is a non-contact infrared thermometer designed to provide fast, reliable, and hygienic body temperature measurement. Its infrared technology allows it to take a temperature reading in just one second, without any direct skin contact. It automatically stores the last 20 measurements, making it easy to accurately track body temperature changes. Ideal for families, healthcare professionals, daycare centers, and schools, it prevents the transmission of germs while providing optimal comfort, especially for infants and young children. Easy to maintain, it does not require disinfection after each use.

The Thermo Control has been carefully developed to achieve precise, safe, fast and contactless temperature control.

I. TAKING FOREHEAD TEMPERATURE
1. Before taking any temperature, make sure the infrared lens and distance sensor are clean.
2. Turn on the thermometer by pressing the power button.
3. Press the temperature mode selection button and select the forehead temperature function.
4. Hold the thermometer flat while pressing the power button.
Bring it close to your forehead.
- If the distance between the thermometer and your forehead is between 0 and 5 cm, a double beep will sound, the measurement will then be taken instantly (1 sec).
- If the distance between the thermometer and your forehead is greater than 5 cm, the thermometer will emit a repetitive beep to indicate that you need to move it closer to take the measurement.
- If no action is taken for 30 seconds, the thermometer will automatically turn off.
5. The temperature is displayed on the Thermo Control LCD screen. The green or red color appears on the power button depending on your temperature.
• After 1 second you can take your temperature again.
• The temperature is automatically stored.
Please note: in standby mode, the thermometer displays the room temperature.

II. TAKING THE TEMPERATURE OF AN OBJECT
To measure the temperature of an object's surface, you need to switch the thermometer to object mode.
1. Press the temperature mode selection button and select the object temperature function.
2. Point the thermometer at the desired surface, at a distance of approximately 1 cm.
3. Press the temperature button to take the measurement.
A beep sounds, the temperature is immediately displayed on the thermometer's LCD screen.
