Delivery times are generally between 3 and 5 working days .

Delivery is made to your home , to a Colissimo collection point or to the post office if unavailable. If the package is not collected within 15 days , it is automatically returned to us.

Shipping costs vary . To know the exact shipping cost, please select the products in your shopping cart, enter your address precisely, the shipping costs will be calculated and displayed (place order button).

When placing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email , another email when the product is shipped and then an SMS when the package is taken over by the carrier with the tracking number .

It is not possible to modify the contents of the order.

We invite you to return your products to us when you have received them by declaring your return from Returns and Refunds then place a new order.

Exchanges are not possible .

However, you can make a return via our Returns & Refunds page, then place a new order if you want a different product.

On mobile:

- Open the menu at the top left (☰), then click on "My account".
- Here too, you can log in or create an account depending on your situation.

Once logged in, you can access your customer area to track your orders and modify your information.

To subscribe to the newsletter:
- You can register directly when creating your customer account, by checking the box provided for this purpose.
