1. Always preheat the appliance for about 5 minutes before starting cooking.
2. Some foods may need to be checked or shaken halfway through the cooking time. Stirring smaller foods optimizes the final result and helps prevent uneven cooking results. Remove the frying tray from the main unit and shake it gently. Place the frying tray back into the main unit to continue the cooking process.
3. Be aware that cooking times in an oil-free fryer are different from those in a regular oven.
4. Add a few minutes to the preparation time if you start cooking while the appliance is still cold.
5. Small foods require slightly less preparation time than large foods. A small amount of food requires slightly less preparation time than a large amount of food.
