Usage tips

Utilisez les fouets pour battre les œufs et autres mélanges liquides.
Commencez toujours à mélanger à faible vitesse. Augmentez progressivement la vitesse jusqu’à celle recommandée dans la recette.
Les ingrédients réfrigérés, comme le beurre et les œufs, doivent être à température ambiante avant de commencer le processus de mélange. Sortir ces ingrédients à l’avance.
Pour éviter que des coquilles ou de mauvais œufs ne se retrouvent dans votre recette, les casser d’abord dans un récipient séparé, puis les ajouter à la préparation.
