Before Use

•Charge the collar with the included USB-C cable.
•Insert the battery into the remote control (observe +/- polarity).
•Then place the collar on your neck, ensuring that the electrodes are in good contact with your skin.


Step 1: Getting Started

•Press On/Off on the collar, then on the remote control.
•The device starts in Mode 1 with:
•Intensity: 0
•Heat: intermediate level
•Duration: 15 min

Step: Customize Your Session

•Select the desired massage mode by pressing the dedicated button.
•Adjust the intensity with the “+” and “-” buttons.
Note: Increase the intensity gradually. The device automatically adjusts the flow according to your skin, the actual sensation appears after a few seconds.
•Then choose the heat level via the corresponding button.
•Adjust the duration (from 5 to 30 min in 5-min increments) via the On/Off button.

It is recommended to limit the massage to 30 minutes per day, divided into two sessions of a maximum of 15 minutes.

Step 4: Turn off the device
Press and hold the On/Off button on the remote control until it is completely off.
