1. Press and hold the on/off button on the Multi Massager to turn it on and activate the slowest speed. The heating function is activated and indicated by a red light, and the massage heads begin to rotate.
2. Press the button a second time to activate the medium massage speed.
3. Press the button a third time to activate the high speed.
4. Press and hold the button to turn off the device.

During the massage cycle, the direction of rotation of the heads changes every minute. The duration of a cycle is approximately 15 minutes. The device will automatically stop at the end of the program.

Important: the Multi Massager must not be turned on while charging.
