LIQUID CONVERSION

This feature means that the scale can automatically convert the volume of a liquid to weight and vice versa. For example, if you need 100 ml of water for a recipe, you can place a container on the scale, press the liquid conversion button until the ml unit appears, then add water until the scale reads 100 ml.

Usage tips

1. Place the scale on a flat, stable surface

If you are weighing ingredients in a bowl or other container, choose a stable and lightweight container to avoid skewing the results.
3. Use the tare function correctly
Before adding your ingredients, reset the weight to zero by pressing the 'Tare' button to exclude the weight of the container.
4. Add ingredients gently
To avoid exceeding the desired amount, add ingredients gradually and monitor the display.
5. Jam function
Weigh your fruit then activate the jam function; the necessary amount of sugar* will automatically display.

6. Timer function
Activate the timer function and start preparing your jam
7. Pause Function
If a bulky object is obscuring the screen, activate the Pause function to view the weight without removing the object. Once the function is activated, you can remove the object and view the weight on the screen.
