Usage tips

- Make sure your smartphone is connected to your box's 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Make sure you have accepted all requested permissions
- Make sure you have working batteries in your scale
- Make sure you are next to your scale during the pairing phase
-To deactivate the heart rate: press the platform to turn on the display (0.0 kg), hold SET until OFF appears, SET to confirm the choice. If the function is deactivated, the heart will not be displayed during the body composition measurement. Please note that if the function is deactivated, it is deactivated for all profiles using the product. (Note that when the heart rate is activated, the measurement time is longer.) The heart rate option is only available on the product.
