Usage tips

1. Always preheat the appliance for about 5 minutes before starting cooking.
2. Some foods may need to be checked or shaken halfway through the cooking time. Stirring smaller foods optimizes the final result and helps prevent uneven cooking results. Remove the frying tray from the main unit and shake it gently. Place the frying tray back into the main unit to continue the cooking process.
3. Be aware that cooking times in an oil-free fryer are different from those in a regular oven.
4. Add a few minutes to the preparation time if you start cooking while the appliance is still cold.
5. Small foods require slightly less preparation time than large foods. A small amount of food requires slightly less preparation time than a large amount of food.
6. Add oil to fresh potatoes for a crispy result.
7. The ideal amount for making crispy fries is 500g.
8. Use ready-made pasta to make snacks quickly and easily. Pre-made pasta requires less preparation time than homemade pasta.
9. Do not prepare extremely fatty foods such as sausages in the appliance.
10. Do not cook meats containing a lot of fat or water to avoid excessive smoke release.
11. Snacks that can be prepared in a standard oven can also be prepared in the appliance.
12. Place a suitable baking tin or dish (not supplied) in the fryer tray to bake a cake or quiche, or to fry fragile and filled foods.
13. You can also use the appliance to reheat food. Set the appliance to 150°C for a maximum of 10 minutes and check regularly that it does not burn.
