Usage tips

• Insert the batteries (2xAAA supplied).
• To set up your jump rope, please use your smartphone.
• Download and open the MyBodyCheck application.

You can choose to use the jump rope with the long rope (classic) or with the short, weighted ropes (recommended for indoor use).
Install the rope on the main handle (with screen) as shown in the diagram. Lock the rope to the desired length using the supplied accessories.
Do the same for the second handle.
If using the long rope, adjust the rope length to your height.
