These shoulder and neck electrodes are compatible with ELEC CARE and Easy CARE, an electrostimulation device that allows you to relieve localized, muscular pain, stimulate your muscles and relax.

Muscle electrostimulation (EMS) which improves and facilitates muscle performance by sending electrical impulses to contract the muscles. This mode of electrostimulation promotes training, recovery and improves blood circulation.

Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) is a method that stops pain at its source without medication and without side effects. Effective for relieving pain.

Massage mode (MASS) helps relax muscles, promote relaxation and reduce muscle tension.

Thus ELEC CARE is a 3 in 1 device that can be used by everyone depending on their needs.

These replacement gel electrodes are self-adhesive and are designed for approximately 15 uses.

USING REPLACEMENT ELECTRODES:
1. Connect the electrodes to the unit:
• Remove the electrodes from the plastic bag.
• Connect the electrodes to the unit using the snap fasteners.
• Remove the plastic film from the back of the electrodes and keep it so you can replace the electrodes at the end of the session.

2. Position the electrodes: Positioning the electrodes is one of the most important steps in your treatment.
• Turn off the device before placing the electrodes on your body.
• Place the electrodes on clean, dry, healthy skin, near or around the painful area. If they do not adhere properly, press firmly on the electrodes.

3. Removing the electrodes:
• Turn off the device before removing the electrodes.
