EASY CARE Multizones is a deviceelectrostimulationwhich helps relieve localized muscle pain, stimulate your muscles and help you relax.

This electrostimulation device offers 3 different modes:

Muscle electrostimulation (EMS) which improves and facilitates muscle performance by sending electrical impulses to contract the muscles. This mode of electrostimulation promotes training, recovery and improves blood circulation.

Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS) is a method that stops pain at its source without medication and without side effects. Effective for relieving pain.

Massage mode (MASS) helps relax muscles, promote relaxation and reduce muscle tension.

So EASY CARE is a 3 in 1 device that can be used by everyone depending on their needs.

Thanks to its compact and wireless format, EASY CARE can be taken anywhere with you: when traveling or on the move.

EASY CARE is compatible with 3 patches (multi-zone, shoulders/cervical and abdominal) to deeply relieve all localized pain.
These 3 patches are sold separately.

Usage tips

CAUTION: Consult your physician before using this device, as it may cause heart rhythm disturbances, which could lead to death in certain predisposed individuals. INSERTING THE BATTERIES: 1. Remove the battery compartment cover on the back of the electrostimulator using a pointed object (the tip of a pen or a flat screwdriver). 2. Insert 2 AAA batteries, ensuring that the polarities (+ and -) indicated in the device's battery compartment are correct. 3. Replace the battery compartment cover. Battery life: approximately 20 times when used for 30 minutes/day at medium intensity.

OPERATION:
1. Clean your skin and make sure it is completely dry. (Avoid areas with heavy hair growth)
2. Clip the electrodes to the electrostimulator while it is turned off, making sure to remove the plastic film from the back of the electrodes. (Keep the plastic film so you can replace it on the electrodes at the end of the session).
3. Place the electrodes on the treatment area.
4. Turn on the device by pressing the start button (at the top of the device).
5. Select the treatment program: 3 modes TENS/EMS/MASS by pressing the start button several times. Press the (+) button to confirm the selected mode. The LED will flash.
6. Select the program by pressing the (-) button several times (1 to 5).
7. Select the desired intensity (1 to 15).
8. When the program ends, the device will automatically turn off. If the electrodes are not properly attached to the skin or correctly connected to the device and the output intensity level is higher than 1, the device will automatically stop stimulation.
