1. Place the connected scale on a flat, hard surface
Make sure the device is on a stable floor, such as tile or hardwood flooring, to ensure accurate measurements.
2. Download and install the dedicated application
Connect your scale to the associated app on your smartphone or tablet to optimally track and record your data.
3. Create a user profile in the application
Enter information like your age, gender, height, and goals for personalized and accurate analysis.
4. Connect the scale to your Wi-Fi or Bluetooth network
Make sure the connection is established before weighing yourself to synchronize your data without interruption.
5. Climb barefoot and well centered
Biometric sensors require direct contact with the skin to measure data such as body fat or hydration.
6. Weigh yourself at a fixed time for reliable comparisons
To monitor your progress, weigh yourself under the same conditions, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach.
7. Don't weigh yourself right after intense activity
Exercise can temporarily alter your hydration levels and distort body composition measurements.
8. Check for app updates
Keep your device and app up to date to benefit from the latest features and accuracy improvements.
9. Consult and interpret your data with moderation
Daily variations are normal. Use trends over several days or weeks to assess your progress.
