DAWN SIMULATOR

30 minutes before your scheduled wake-up time, scientifically defined sky blue hues gradually evolve toward lighter shades.
These blue light levels stop the secretion of melatonin (the sleep hormone) and increase alertness, allowing you to wake up at the optimal time in your sleep cycle.

CARDIAC COHERENCE

This clinically tested 15-minute program combines red light and breathing exercises to help you relax and fall asleep faster. By aligning your breathing with the rhythm of the light, you'll shift to a rhythm of 6 breaths per minute, reducing your thought flow and improving your heart rate.

SUNSET PROGRAM

The sunset program lasts 20 minutes and uses scientifically defined hues that will evolve from orange to red, simulating the colors of the fading day, to help you fall asleep gently by naturally releasing your melatonin, the sleep hormone.

LIGHT ATMOSPHERE

You can customize the lighting ambiance of your bedroom to suit your tastes by choosing from a wide range of colors. This feature can also be used to illuminate your room at night.

EASE OF USE

The buttons allow for intuitive and responsive use: 1 button = 1 sound. To launch the desired mode, simply touch the associated button.

This gentle, gradual approach to waking promotes a more natural and energized awakening.

To give you a complete experience from sunrise to sunset, Aloha also offers a sunset simulation feature, ideal for helping you relax and fall asleep with light therapy. This feature uses different shades of red and decreases the brightness, mimicking the natural decline of daylight, creating an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and restful sleep.

Aloha also offers the Cardiac Coherence program to help you relax or fall asleep. Also based on light therapy, this feature helps you align your breathing with the rhythm of light to bring you natural calm and relaxation. Two out of three users fall asleep in less than 15 minutes thanks to this program.

The Aloha Dawn Simulator Light Alarm Clock is easy to use thanks to its intuitive interface and easily accessible buttons on the bottom of the device. Its compact and elegant design makes it a discreet ally on your bedside table.

Usage tips

To connect the device to the mains, use the plug suitable for the country (turn until it clicks). Once connected, the screen flashes: the product must be configured. To start the configuration, turn the device over and press the first button. To indicate that you are in configuration mode, the device turns on.
GOOD TO KNOW!
1. When it gets dark, the screen turns off automatically so as not to disturb your sleep.
2. To reset all settings (time and alarm), unplug the device and plug it back in while holding down .
3. The time format is 24h.

TIME SETTING
Press the 'time' button.
Use the + or – buttons to change the time.
Short press = 1 min
Long press = minutes scroll
Confirm the selected time by pressing the 'time' button.

ALARM SETTING
Press the 'alarm' button.
Use the + or – buttons to change the alarm.
Confirm the selected alarm by pressing the 'alarm' button.

MUSIC SETTINGS
To add music to your light alarm clock, press the 'music' button.
Use the + or – buttons to change the music (choice between 6 different sounds).
Confirm the selected music by pressing the 'music' button.
To turn off the music on your light alarm clock, long press the 'music' button.

VOLUME SETTINGS
Press the 'volume' button.
Use the + or – buttons to adjust the volume.
Confirm the selected volume by pressing the 'volume' button.
