The Terraillon Trio Care+ is a deviceelectrostimulationdesigned to provide targeted muscle relief and deep relaxation. Compact and ergonomic, it adapts perfectly to different areas of the body, such as the back, shoulders, arms or legs.

Trio Care + uses 3 electrostimulation modes:

- Electromuscular stimulation (EMS)

- Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS)

- And the massage mode, which helps relax the muscles, promote relaxation and reduce muscle tension.

STEP 1: Placing the electrodes 1. Connect the electrodes to their power cables using the snap fasteners. 2. Turn on the electrodes using the button. A beep will sound and the green light will flash. 3. Remove the plastic film from the back of the electrodes. 4. Place the electrodes on clean, dry, healthy skin, close to or around the painful area, spacing them at least 2 inches apart and ensuring that they do not touch each other. Make sure that both electrodes are properly aligned. CAUTION: Make sure that the device is turned off or that the intensities are set to zero (0) before placing the electrodes on the skin. Never remove the electrodes from the skin when the device is turned on.
STEP 2: Turn on the remote control. 1. Press the button to turn on the device. 2. Turn on the remote control (the beeps will stop and the green light will remain steady on the electrodes). A long beep indicates the end of the cycle.
STEP 3: Select the treatment program. TRIO CARE+ gives you a choice between: - 3 treatment modes: TENS / EMS / MASS Press the MODE button repeatedly to reach the desired treatment mode. The selected mode will flash. - Up to 6 body areas and 3 massage types: Press the Program button to select the desired body part or massage type. The selection will flash.
STEP 4: Start the session and adjust the intensity. 1. Press the up arrow button to start the session. 2. Press the up or down arrow button to adjust the output intensity. The stimulator will begin the session. The maximum intensity level is 60. CAUTION: If the electrodes are not properly attached to the skin or correctly connected to the device and the output intensity level is higher than 5, the device will automatically stop stimulation.
