This device detects the light intensity of the room via the 'sun' icons. Make sure to use the device in an adequate lighting environment (at least 2 'sun' pictograms visible). If the device does not turn on
still not, please place it in a brightly lit place so that it charges quickly.
1. Place the scale on a hard, flat surface
Avoid carpets or uneven surfaces to ensure accurate measurements. Choose a tiled or hardwood floor.
2. Go up with bare, clean feet
Make sure your feet are dry and clean to avoid slipping and to ensure good conductivity if your device uses impedance measurement technology.
3. Always use the scale at the same time of day
For consistent results, weigh yourself at the same time, ideally in the morning on an empty stomach and after using the toilet.
4. Adopt a stable and relaxed posture
Place your feet centered on the platform, stay still and straight without leaning on any furniture or wall.
5. Do not carry the scale after each use.
Leave it in place to avoid disturbing the balance of the sensors.
6. Calibrate the device regularly
