The KOOMY is equipped with an intelligent safety system that automatically detects the hottest areas and regulates the temperature in real-time to ensure uniform and controlled heat. However, it also incorporates an automatic shut-off system for complete peace of mind.

Finally, thanks to its low energy consumption (140W), it helps you reduce your heating bills by keeping heat localized where you need it. You can thus delay turning on the heating in the autumn or turn it off earlier in the spring, while still staying warm and cozy.

PREPARATION BEFORE USE
1. Use only the power cord provided with the KOOMY heated throw (SS25).
2. Plug the power cord connector into the socket on the heated throw.
3. Then, plug the power plug into a suitable wall outlet.

POWERING ON
Press the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to turn on the device.
Then, select the desired temperature level (from 1 to 9), and choose the heat duration, also between 1 and 9.

TEMPERATURE SETTING
• Level 1: 29°C • Level 2: 31°C • Level 3: 33°C
• Level 4: 35°C • Level 5: 37°C • Level 6: 39°C
• Level 7: 41°C • Level 8: 43°C • Level 9: 45°C

USAGE TIP
• When you turn on the electric throw, the digital screen automatically displays 5 for the temperature level and 1 for the heat duration; leave this program on for 15 minutes. The temperature will rise gradually.
• After preheating, press the temperature and time buttons to set the desired heat level and duration.
• The throw will automatically turn off at the end of the selected duration.
However, you can turn it off at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds.

ENHANCED SAFETY SYSTEM
For safe extended use, this electric throw is equipped with a protection system: if a high temperature (levels 6 to 9) is maintained for more than 3 hours, the device will automatically switch to level 5. If you wish to continue enjoying a higher
temperature, you can manually readjust the settings to levels 6 through 9.
NOTE
• When the heating level automatically switches to 1, it indicates that the throw has detected overheating due to folded or crumpled areas.
As a safety measure, it automatically reduces the temperature. For optimal operation, please unfold the throw as much as possible, then readjust the temperature to the desired level. The throw will then be able to function normally.
• If you wish to use the throw for more than 9 consecutive hours, it is recommended to let it cool down for 5 minutes before turning it back on.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
When you are not using the electric heated throw and before cleaning it, follow the instructions below:
1. Ensure the control button is in the "OFF" position.
2. Unplug the power cord and let the throw cool down completely (at least 10 minutes).
3. Disconnect the plug and remove the cable from the throw.
4. You can machine wash the throw at a maximum temperature of 30°C, using a gentle cycle and a low spin speed. However, it is recommended to wash it by hand to extend its lifespan.

TIPS
• Small stains can be cleaned with a damp cloth or sponge and, if necessary, with a little mild liquid detergent for delicate fabrics.
• If the heated throw is very dirty, it can be machine washed at 30°C maximum.
• Use a detergent for delicate fabrics and follow the dosages indicated by the manufacturer.
