• Coffee preparation:
  1. Place the coffee maker on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Open the lid of the coffee maker.
  3. Pour cold, drinkable water into the coffee maker:
  • The minimum quantity is 3 small cups or 2 large cups.
  • Maximum quantity is 15 small cups or 10 large cups.
  The number of cups is marked on the water level indicator on the coffee maker.
  4. Insert a paper filter, preferably “1X4” size, into the permanent filter.
  5. Fill the filter with the desired amount of ground coffee.
  It is recommended to use one teaspoon (about 6 grams) for a small cup of coffee. Quantities may vary according to your personal taste.
  
• Keep warm:
  To keep the coffee hot, you can leave the coffee maker on and the carafe on the hotplate. After
  coffee flow, the coffee maker keeps the coffee hot for about 30 minutes. After this time, the coffee maker
  turns off automatically.
  
• Descaling: remember to descale your coffee maker regularly, regular maintenance will extend the life of your appliance.
  1. Fill the coffee maker to the max level with tap water and add a little white vinegar.
  2. Turn on the coffee maker and let the water run.
  3. At the end of the operation, throw away the water that has flowed.
  4. Repeat this operation a second time.
  5. After these operations, fill the coffee maker with fresh water and let the water flow again.
