TARE FUNCTION

The Tare function means that the scale can be reset to zero after placing a container on the scale. This allows you to accurately measure the amount of ingredients added to the container without having to remove the container from the scale. This feature is convenient, saves time when preparing a recipe and minimises measurement errors.

LIQUID CONVERSION

This feature means that the scale can automatically convert the volume of a liquid to weight and vice versa. For example, if you need 100 ml of water for a recipe, you can place a container on the scale, press the liquid conversion button until the ml unit appears, then add water until the scale reads 100 ml.

Usage tips

1. Place the scale on a flat, stable surface. Ensure the scale is on a hard, even countertop for accurate measurements. 2. Power on the scale. Open and close the display several times to power on your scale. 3. Use an appropriate container. If you are weighing ingredients in a bowl or another container, choose a stable and light one to avoid skewing the results. 4. Use the tare function correctly. Before adding your ingredients, reset the weight to zero by pressing the 'Tare' button to exclude the container's weight. 5. Add ingredients slowly. To avoid exceeding the desired amount, add ingredients gradually and monitor the display. 6. Respect the maximum capacity. Check the maximum load indicated on your scale to avoid damaging the weight sensor. 7. Clean after each use. Wipe the scale with a damp cloth to prevent food residue buildup, taking care not to wet the electronic components. 8. Use appropriate units of measurement.
