BLUETOOTH CONNECTION

The Bluetooth connection allows you to track the evolution of your blood pressure and heart rate on the MyHealth application. The data is transmitted to the application via Bluetooth. With each new measurement, you receive the data on your smartphone if your application is open, otherwise the data is stored and will be transmitted later.

Use advices

For the first use, download the MyHealth application from the Apple Store or Google Play. Then activate the Bluetooth function on your Smartphone. In order to fully use your Tensiosmart, you must have an account. To create your
account, please follow the instructions in the app.

APPLICATION OF THE ARMBAND
1. Remove all jewelry, such as watches and bracelets, from your left arm.
Note: If your doctor has diagnosed you with poor circulation
blood in your left arm, use your right arm.
2. Roll or pull up your sleeve to expose the skin. Make sure that
your sleeve is not too tight.
3. Hold your arm with the palm facing up and apply the cuff to the
upper arm, then position the tube off-center
towards the inner part of the arm, in line with the little finger or position the
artery mark on the main artery (inside your arm). Note:
Locate the main artery by pressing with 2 fingers about 2 cm above
from above the elbow crease, on the inside of the left arm. Identify where
the impulse is the strongest. This is your main artery.
4. The cuff should be snug but not too tight. You should be able to
insert a finger between the cuff and your arm.
5. Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a flat surface.
Place your elbow on a table so that the cuff is at the same
level as your heart. Turn your palm upwards. Sit up straight
Sit upright in a chair and take 5-6 deep breaths.
6. Useful tips for users, especially for users with
hypertension:
- Rest for 5 minutes before the first measurement
- Wait at least 3 minutes between measurements. (This allows your circulation
blood to recover). Take the measurement in a quiet room.
- The user should relax as much as possible and should not move or speak
during the measurement procedure.
- The cuff should be positioned at the same level as the right atrium of the heart.
- Sit comfortably. Do not cross your legs and keep your feet flat
on the floor.
- Keep your back against the back of the chair.
- For a meaningful comparison, try to measure under conditions
similar. For example, take daily measurements at approximately the
same time, on the same arm or as directed by the doctor.
