BMI CALCULATION

BODY COMPOSITION

Knowing your body composition gives you an idea of the distribution of the different masses that make up your body. The balanced distribution of these masses is one of the factors of good health. Our scale measures fat, muscle, bone and water mass. When dieting, it is important to monitor the decrease in fat mass without significant loss of muscle mass.

HEART RATE

Heart rate is measured by the scale. This integrated device enriches the monitoring of other health parameters, thus providing more complete monitoring. The measurement is displayed directly on the screen of your scale when you weigh yourself. This function can also be deactivated.

WIFI CONNECTION

The Wi-Fi connection allows you to track your weight and body composition on the MyHealth app. There is no need to weigh yourself with your smartphone, the data is transmitted directly to the app.

WEIGHT TRACK

To disable heart rate: press the tray to turn on the display (0.0kg), hold SET until OFF appears, SET to confirm the choice. If the function is disabled, the heart will not be displayed during body composition measurement. Please note that if the function is disabled, it is disabled for all profiles using the product. (Note that when heart rate is enabled, the measurement time is longer.) The heart rate option is only available on the product.
