Personalize your Zen Box Meditation experience:
The product can be used while it is charging, but we recommend waiting for the device to fully charge before using it.
Once the product is loaded, you can jointly choose:

4: the sound level
Meditation and sunset programs have a predefined duration.
The cardiac coherence and sunset programs have their own light program.
