How to order
If you wish to purchase one or more products listed on the Website, you must select each product you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. When you have selected all the products you wish to purchase, you can confirm the contents of your shopping cart and place the order.
At this point, you will be redirected to a page summarizing the details of the products you have selected, their price and the delivery options (with the delivery costs concerned). You will then have to choose the delivery options as well as the shipping and payment methods that suit you best. At this point, you can still modify your choices and correct any possible errors.
You must then click on the “Pay my order” button to confirm and place your order.
After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation message to the email address provided when ordering, recalling the terms of our contract and including all the information mentioned in Article L. 121-17 of the Consumer Code.
In a second step, an email is sent by the carrier confirming the shipment of the goods and mentioning the tracking number. Delivery times are generally between 5 and 7 working days. Delivery is made to your home, to a Colissimo Collection Point or to the post office in case of unavailability upon presentation of an identity document. If the package is not collected within 15 days, it is automatically returned to us.
You agree to receive invoices for your purchases electronically. Electronic invoices will be made available to you in .pdf format in the My Account / My Orders area on our Website.
Right of retention
The products delivered remain the property of TERRAILLON until they are delivered to you.
Right of withdrawal and return policy
Legal Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, you may withdraw from your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took physical possession of the goods purchased (or of the last good, batch or part if the contract relates to the delivery of several goods or several batches or parts delivered separately).
If this 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.
You must notify us of your withdrawal request by going to our Contact Page and completing our contact form, selecting the reason “Withdrawal Request”.
All you need to do then is print the return slip available in your My Account area, complete it with the requested information, attach it to your product(s) and return everything to us at the address indicated on the return slip.
Effects of withdrawal
We will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days from receipt of your request for withdrawal. Payment will be made using the original payment method for the order. In any event, this reimbursement will not incur any additional costs for you. We may defer the reimbursement until we have received the product(s). If the reimbursement is made after the deadline mentioned above, the amount owed to you will be increased automatically.
Please note that you must return the product(s) following the instructions available in the My Account / My Returns section no later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your decision to withdraw (refer to the previous paragraph).
If the product(s) are not returned within 14 days from the date of withdrawal, the order will be deemed final and no refund will be made under the legal right of withdrawal.
You must bear the direct cost of returning the product(s). You will be responsible for any diminished value of the product(s) resulting from handling (other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product(s)).
Payment Terms
Payment for purchases is made online when ordering.
Payment by bank cards, Apple Pay and PayPal
You can pay using the following bank cards: Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue, American Express.
Price and availability
All prices are inclusive of all French taxes (French VAT and other applicable taxes) unless otherwise stated.
We display the availability of the products we sell on the Website on each product page. We cannot provide more specific information about the availability of products than what is indicated on that page or elsewhere on the Website. When processing your order, we will inform you as soon as possible by email using the address associated with the order, if any products you have ordered are found to be unavailable. The products will be immediately refunded based on the instructions given during this contact.
Despite our best efforts, it is possible that one of the products in our catalogue may be displayed with an error in the price. We will check the price at the time of processing your order and before any payment. If it turns out that we have made an error in displaying the price, and the actual price is higher than the price displayed on the Website, we will contact you to ask you if you wish to purchase the product at its actual price or if you prefer to cancel your order. Conversely, if the actual price is lower than the displayed price, we will charge you the lower amount and we will send you the product.
The WEEE eco-participation
This is an amount paid by consumers for any purchase of a new device and paid to an eco-organization whose mission is to handle the treatment and recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).
The WEEE eco-participation has applied to electrical and electronic products since 2006 in France.
Its amount depends on the product purchased. Each distributor or manufacturer adheres to an eco-organization and applies its eco-participation amount. These eco-organizations, approved by the State, finance and organize the WEEE recycling sector in France.

The amount of the eco-participation is used to finance and improve the collection, decontamination and recycling of old products.
Customs
When ordering products from the Website for delivery outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package reaches its destination. Any additional customs clearance fees will be your responsibility; we have no control over these fees. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for more information. Furthermore, please note that when placing an order, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products.
Our guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity under the conditions of articles L. 211-4 et seq. of the consumer code and the guarantee of hidden defects under the conditions provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the civil code.
Legal guarantee of conformity
In this regard, we inform you that article L. 211-4 of the Consumer Code provides that:
Furthermore, Article L. 211-5 of the Consumer Code provides that:
“To comply with the contract, the property must:
1. - Be suitable for the use usually expected of a similar good and, where applicable, correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities that the latter presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- present the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by the seller, by the producer or his representative, in particular in advertising or labeling.

2. Present the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or be suitable for any use sought by the buyer, brought to the attention of the seller and which the latter has accepted.
Article L. 211-12 of the Consumer Code provides:
“The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the good”.
When you act under the legal guarantee of conformity:
- you have a period of two years from delivery of the goods to take action;
- you can choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L. 211-9 of the Consumer Code;
- you are exempt from providing proof of the existence of the lack of conformity of the goods during the six months following delivery of the goods. This period will be extended to twenty-four months from March 18, 2016, except for second-hand goods.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may have been granted.
Guarantee against hidden defects
The terms of the corresponding articles of the Civil Code are recalled:
Article 1641 of the Civil Code:
"The seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects in the thing sold which make it unfit for the use for which it is intended or which so diminish this use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have paid a lower price for it if he had known of them."
Article 1648 of the Civil Code, first paragraph:
“The action resulting from latent defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years from the discovery of the defect.”
Applicable law
These Terms of Use are subject to French law. You, like us, agree to submit all disputes arising from the commercial relationship between you and us to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Paris, which means that for the application of these General Terms of Sale, you can bring an action to assert your consumer rights in France.
Modification of the service or general conditions of sale
We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, our procedures, and our terms and conditions, including these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. You are subject to the terms and conditions, procedures and Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect at the time you order a product from us, unless a change to those terms and conditions, or these Terms and Conditions of Sale is required by any administrative or governmental authority (in which case such change may apply to previous orders you have placed). If any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Sale is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Waiver
If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Terms and Conditions.

You may decide to implement the guarantee of hidden defects within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this case, you can choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction in the sale price (Article 1644 of the Civil Code).
