In addition to eating healthy, moving, and sleeping well, mindset plays a huge role in our overall well-being. The way we think and perceive things can influence our physical and emotional health.
For example, adopting a positive attitude can reduce stress, strengthen our immune system, and even improve our relationships with others.
Meditation, gratitude, and stress management are all tools that can help cultivate a positive mindset.

By taking care of our mental health as much as our physical health, we can really optimize our overall well-being. It's a bit like if diet, physical activity, sleep and state of mind formed an inseparable whole to feel at the top of our game!

So, we don't feel guilty if we make a mistake, simply because we are not in a diet period, we are simply learning to eat better on a daily basis. Eating more richly during a meal does not call into question our whole new lifestyle, we know that we will eat healthier the next day and we do not put any pressure on ourselves.

This step back from our diet allows us to maintain this healthy lifestyle over time because no frustration = no “screwed for screwed” situation.
