Return, Exchange & Refund

Returns are only possible within the withdrawal period. This period is 14 days from the delivery of your product.
You can make the return request from this section: Returns and Refunds

For any requests outside of this period, please contact Customer Service at: serviceconsommateurs@terraillon.fr

Refund is issued as soon as the product is received by the warehouse .
The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges are not possible .
However, you can make a return via our Returns & Refunds page, then place a new order if you want a different product.
