How do I measure several ingredients?

After having measured the first ingredient, press the TARE button. The scale resets to zero and you can add additional ingredients.

The weight of certain ingredients varies…

This concerns the graduation of the scale. The more precise the scale, the more sensitive it is. Always place your scale on a plain, flat and stable surface. Small differences between weights are completely normal and can be explained by explained by the way foods are put on the platform of the scale.

My scale is not displaying anything…

Check that the batteries are inserted correctly, verifying that the metallic strips are connected to the battery both at the base and sides. For alkaline batteries, check that the polarities are correct. If the problem persists, contact your sales outlet.

Where can I find lithium batteries?

The lithium batteries used by Terraillon scales are ‘button’ type CR2032. They can be purchased in most large retailers.

- Varying important weights (less than 10kg)
- Unstable weight measurements appear constantly
- The scale does not return to zero when TARE function is selected
